We are seeking a competitive, fun, motivated, experienced, and talented sales representative to assist with new business development.

Job Description:

The ideal Sales Rep must be able to demonstrate excellent selling & communication skills in a fast-paced Information Technology business environment. A combination of quality account development, B2B cold calling, fearlessness, humor, and aggressive sales skills are required for this position. 3+ years sales experience preferred. Candidates must be capable of identifying and reaching out to key decision makers in small to mid size companies and present a clear message about the business results and value that TechWerxe provides our clients. We will train candidates to understand the message and our effective sales process. We need a champion who is accustomed to a high activity/good outcome environment.

Outcomes:

This role has a revenue quota.
Activities are also measured. Calls, Contacts, Emails, Meetings, “Go Givers”, Proposals, Networking/Events/Trade Shows
TechWerxe has a proven sales & marketing process. You will be trained and managed to the process

Requirements:

TechWerxe continues to aggressively expand and improve its Sales & Marketing department by hiring high energy individuals to actively introduce our solutions to small and midsized companies in the assigned region. Ideal candidates for the position would have:

Active Listening Skills

  • Prior business-to-business sales experience
  • Prior sales experience with professional services
  • Strong presentation / communication skills. Face to face, Phone, Written
  • Fearlessness and the ability to make cold calls and earn appointments
  • Comfortable speaking to senior level executives
  • Organized, Attention to detail and ability to document activities
  • Basic knowledge of common software applications (Word, Excel, etc...)
  • Basic understanding of Information Technology
  • Experience using CRM Software such as InfusionSoft, Connectwise, Sales Force etc.
  • Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
  • Open Mindedness, Sense of Humor and Enjoys a Fast Pace Environment

The sales process requires Sales Representatives to research potential clients and to communicate via telephone, as well as through email & other types of correspondence. This also requires the ability to work on a team. Marketing, Inside Sales, Sales Engineering and TechWerxe Senior Level Executives.
